Science at the core
Research institutions, laboratories, technology transfer and advanced education.
A visionary island-and-ocean innovation city bringing artificial intelligence, advanced science, international enterprise and sustainable development together in one exceptional Pacific-oriented destination.

GIMA–WORLD proposes a purpose-built international research and economic city where science, advanced technologies, investment and quality of life reinforce one another. Its objective is to create an enduring centre for innovation with a distinctive identity, rather than another conventional real-estate development.
Research institutions, laboratories, technology transfer and advanced education.
Connected business, research, finance, hospitality and innovation districts.
Shared prosperity, environmental stewardship and meaningful local participation.
The proposed COMBINED VERSION unites a permanent land-based island development with expandable, carefully engineered floating districts. Together they create a coherent urban, research and economic ecosystem — not two unrelated projects.
The island-based core is intended for administration, universities, medical and research facilities, housing, commerce and visitor infrastructure. Modular floating districts would add maritime laboratories, ocean technology, hospitality and future expansion capacity. Feasibility, coastal conditions, environmental assessments and maritime permissions will guide any final configuration.
Specialised institutes and commercial districts are envisioned as complementary parts of a globally connected innovation ecosystem.
Advanced AI, intelligent software, automation and robotics.
Medical science, personalised healthcare and biotech research.
Marine biodiversity, ocean technology and climate resilience.
Renewables, water systems, circular technologies and resilient construction.
International academic partnerships, training and scholarships.
Premium hospitality, conferences, exhibitions and cultural exchange.
Created in the Pacific. Developed for humanity. Exported to the world.THE GIMA–WORLD AMBITION
GIMA–WORLD is conceived as a long-term development partnership, preferably within the Pacific region. The project seeks to align the commercial success of the city with measurable benefits for the host country, its people, communities and environment.
Three signature international events strengthen the host nation’s global profile: a major festival for AI-created films and videos, an international boat and superyacht exhibition, and high-level sustainability and ecology forums bringing together business leaders, researchers and policymakers. These flagship gatherings expand visitor demand, business networks, media reach and year-round tourism.
The long-term development vision is based on a 200-year partnership horizon, providing an exceptional foundation for intergenerational investment, research, infrastructure and sustainable economic growth. The framework is designed to combine dependable investment conditions, effective administration and the sovereign interests of the host nation.
A transparent, durable framework for governance, commercial activity and investment.
Modern digital processes, clear approvals and accountable institutions.
Environmental oversight, community engagement and responsible development.
Assess prospective host locations, constitutional questions, land and maritime rights.
Environmental, engineering, infrastructure, economic and social impact studies.
Engage institutions, strategic partners and potential funding sources.
Develop initial research, commercial and urban districts after required approvals.

GIMA–WORLD aims to construct both island facilities and floating districts predominantly from reused and recycled materials wherever technically sound, environmentally appropriate and safe. For floating support structures, the project will assess the recovery of suitable metals from decommissioned cargo and passenger ships. All materials and structures would require rigorous structural, maritime and environmental validation.
A high degree of operational self-sufficiency is envisaged through solar photovoltaics, wind power and, in particular, ocean-wave energy converters, supported by storage and intelligent microgrids. Desalinated seawater could supply potable and utility water, while efficient treatment, water reuse and closed-loop systems reduce demand.
Vertical farms, urban gardens and controlled-environment agriculture are intended to produce fresh plant-based food locally. Waste would be prevented, separated and, wherever feasible, returned to productive use as secondary resources. Green roofs, passive cooling, marine conservation and biodiversity-sensitive planning would combine exceptional comfort with environmental responsibility.
These are proposed design objectives, not proven operational outcomes. Implementation will depend on engineering feasibility, environmental impact assessments, permissions and appropriate technologies.

GIMA–WORLD brings together premium island and floating-city development, world-class research, artificial intelligence, clean infrastructure and international hospitality within one integrated investment vision. The platform is designed for sovereign partners, institutional capital, family offices, infrastructure funds and strategic development groups.
Investable opportunities span infrastructure and urban development, research and technology ecosystems, hospitality, tourism and international events. Each sector offers dedicated development and operating structures.
Phased projects with identifiable assets, construction programmes and operating models.
Opportunities for strategic industry partners, institutes and venture creation.
Conference facilities, tourism infrastructure and international events.
A landmark partnership establishes a global destination for scientific collaboration, premium tourism, the international AI film and video festival, a world-scale boat and superyacht exhibition, and major ecology and sustainability summits. International visibility, recurring events, hospitality, local supply chains, skills development and research partnerships create multiple economic channels for the host nation.
Participation in the overarching development platform and its long-term enterprise value.
Direct exposure to hospitality, marinas, floating-city districts, research facilities and renewable utilities.
Negotiated preferred distributions, district development rights and governance arrangements for qualifying anchor investors.
Dedicated opportunities in AI, robotics, medicine, biotechnology and commercial research ventures.
Planned options for listing the overall development platform and selected AI or research companies on international stock exchanges, including reverse mergers, subject to market conditions, regulatory approvals and listing requirements.
Indicative investment-design targets only; not forecasts, guaranteed returns or an offer of securities. Returns, terms, legal rights and exchange listings depend on detailed feasibility, independent financial modelling, host-state agreements, financing and applicable law. Capital is at risk, including possible total loss.

Mario Eduard Giovanelli is an international entrepreneur, investor and project initiator whose business activities began in 1984. His experience spans information technology, the establishment and management of companies, international business development, venture capital, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Over several decades, he has initiated and managed entrepreneurial activities across European and international markets, including Switzerland, Austria, Spain and Panama. His work has involved technology-oriented businesses, financial and investment concepts, digital services and the development of new business models.
His current initiatives include the AI BUILDER NETWORK and COMPANY ONE, which explore AI-assisted software development and increasingly autonomous business operations. He also pursues innovation concepts in digital platforms, research and international economic cooperation.
With GIMA–WORLD, he brings these fields together in a long-term vision: a combined island and floating innovation environment designed to connect advanced science, responsible economic development, international investment and tangible benefits for a sovereign host nation. He is the initiator of the concept; its implementation remains subject to government partnerships, feasibility studies, financing and approvals.
Mario Eduard Giovanelli is advancing a diverse portfolio of technology and business initiatives. Several projects already have a public presence, while further platforms are being prepared for their next development and launch stages.
